Thoughts on Minimalism

Updated: Nov 8, 2020

"Minimalism isn't about removing the things you love. It's about removing the things that distract you from the things you love."

- Joshua Becker

For many of you, minimalism may have a negative connotation. It might make you think of white space and no color or living out of a backpack or a van.

For others of you, minimalism might be a wonderful concept. It gives you hope for finding pure joy and freedom.

Whichever camp you're in, I want to support you exactly where you are. If you are ready to take the plunge and get rid of 75% of your belongings, then I will be the coach that can get you there despite your remaining doubts. If you want to keep most of the things you have and just get the mess under control, I will help you get there without making you get rid of more than you want. My goal is to help you find the things that you enjoy and challenge you to let the junk go; not what I might see as junk, but what you know is keeping you from your goals, family, and hobbies.

I hope you will open your mind to the idea of minimalism (even if you want to keep the guest closet full of your clothes).
