If you have, I wanted to give you a tool to make the process a little easier. Feel free to follow this 30-day challenge graphic to the letter, or use it as a guide to create your own version of it. Either way, the point is to explore what other things you can do with your time other than brain-numbing screens. So read or re-read the two blogs above, get the book (highly recommend!), bookmark or save the image below, and start the challenge with pre-day 1!
